By contributing, you confirm that you:

- Have the legal right and authority to make payments,
- Are using legitimate sources of funds.
4. Payment & Security
- Payments may be made via debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, wallets, or any other instrument supported by the Payment Gateway.
- We do not store your financial details (card number, CVV, UPI PIN). Transactions are securely processed by our payment service provider (Instamojo).
- You agree to provide accurate payment details and take full responsibility for any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment instrument.
5. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. Information you share (such as name, email, contact details) will only be used for record-keeping, communication, and statutory compliance if required.
- Your personal details will not be sold, rented, or misused for marketing.
- Data may be shared only if required under law, court order, or to prevent fraud.
6. Limitation of Liability
- This Platform provides research and writing projects for public awareness and educational purposes.
- We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of content.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising out of contributions, except in cases of proven fraud or technical failure of the payment gateway.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

9. Disclaimer
- Contributions do not entitle contributors to ownership, profit, or decision-making rights in the Project.
- The Project is independent and non-commercial.
