Refund & Cancellation Policy -

Nature of Contribution
- All payments made on this Platform are voluntary contributions/donations towards independent research and writing projects.
- Since no physical goods or commercial services are delivered, these contributions are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Duplicate Transactions / Technical Errors
- In case of a duplicate payment or a genuine technical error (for example: amount debited but not credited to us), the contributor may request a refund.
- Such refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction, along with valid proof (transaction ID, payment receipt, or bank statement).
Discretionary Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after verification by us and the payment gateway.
- We reserve the sole discretion to approve or deny any refund requests, except in the case of duplicate transactions which will be refunded after confirmation.
Mode & Timeline of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the transaction.
- Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
